Porto Hotel District

The ground floor can be used primarily for commercial purposes. The 2nd floor and above can be used as a boutique hotel, office or both as allowed by design guidelines and restrictions.

Allowed commercial uses include retail, food and beverage, office, out-patient clinics among others. Disallowed uses include funeral homes, vulcanizing and mechanical shops, carwash, casinos, and any integrated developments featuring a disallowed use.

Porto Hotel District, together with Mercato Shophouse District, will have direct access to San Vicente Town Proper and the San Vicente Airport via the municipal and coastal roads that stretch across the township.
